Upon purchasing the one-year-old furniture store, Bill and Diana Bodecker decided to begin adding candles and other home décor accessories to help warm the store’s atmosphere. Since then, Rustic Hutch has grown to represent one of the leading retailers in Northeast Indiana for gifts, home décor, and furnishings. 
Our interior design service began in the early 1980’s and has met with great success, receiving recognition from customers and critics alike, winning multiple awards including three People’s Choice home design awards from the Fort Wayne “Parade of Homes”.
